Welcome to EquityOS. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
EquityOS provides market data, news aggregation, watchlists, AI-generated research briefs, and community features. All content is provided for informational purposes only and is not investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share access with others.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid tiers renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.
- You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal.
- Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reselling, or redistributing our data or feeds.
- No attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content in community areas.
5. No investment advice
Nothing on EquityOS constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not indicate future results.
6. Intellectual property
EquityOS and its licensors own all rights in the platform. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the service. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquityOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or trading losses.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
